We begin by fully explaining how to merge the science between nutrition and fitness. This will optimize results and start each client with their best foot forward. After the initial meeting, the trainer will safely guide the client at each session. As the program design allows, the trainer will incorporate a variety of different modalities; performing cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, flexibility exercises, and other activities dependent upon goals. Our highly-skilled trainers will show each client how to safely perform the exercises, determine the proper weight, and provide tips for getting the most out of each workout.
